W listopadzie w ramach zajęć cyklicznych "Żyj z pasją", naszą świetlicę odwiedził Sensei Sylwester Kowalczyk 1 Dan. Poprowadził wykład na temat karate. Opowiadała młodym uczniom, dlaczego jego pasją jest właśnie karate i jak to się stało, że zaczął trenować akurat tę sztukę walki. Pan Sylwester udzielił informacji na temat tego jak powstało karate i kto był założycielem. Opowiadał jak wyglądają treningi i co daje trenowanie sztuk walki. Pokazał też układy tzw.”kata”, których nauka trwa bardzo długo, aby opanować je do perfekcji. Mówił o startowaniu w zawodach i egzaminach, które muszą zadawać karatecy, aby zdobyć kolejny stopień ku, a co za tym idzie kolejny kolor pasa. Sensei opowiadał o korzyściach, jakie daje karate, jaki wpływ ma na nasze życie codzienne. Przypomniał też o higienie i zdrowym odżywianiu. Uczniowie, co jakiś czas zadawali pytania a Sensei Sylwester próbował na nie odpowiedzieć, mimo iż niektóre z nich były trudne J Panu Sylwestrowi towarzyszył uczeń klasy 3d , Maciej , który na swoim koncie ma już wiele sukcesów.
